This is the time for you to think about what you want to accomplish with your new web site.  What type of design style appeals to you, are there any special functionality or interactivity with your visitors that is desired?

Needs Analysis
Based on the information you provided with your website design quote, we will access your needs, and try to get a feel for your industry, as well as what you are expecting from your website.  This is why it is important for you to be as detailed as possible in preparing your design quote.

If we believe that your project could benefit from our services and solutions, we will quote you on your project.

Website Development Contract
Once we have reached an agreement including project details, timeline and pricing, we will prepare a Website Development Contract for you to review, sign, and return to us along with your deposit. 

The signed contract and a 50% deposit is required in order for us to schedule your project.  The remainder of the balance will be due upon completion of the project.  When we receive your contract and deposit, we will provide you with a copy of the contract, a receipt for your deposit and your project start date.

Domain Name Registration / Website Hosting
We will immediately secure your desired domain name (pending availability) and include your first year of domain name service.  The domain will be registered in your name with your information and you will be the only registrant contact on file.  You will receive annual billings from Inspire8.com for your domain name fees.
